Varietal origin: wines with denomination of origin from central Italy are characterized by rather rigid and rigorous production regulations. The recently published DOC Roma, on the contrary, describes a disciplinary in step with the times, which aims to interpret the taste of the modern consumer and at the same time respect the ampelographic tradition of the province of Rome. The Montepulciano-based red reflects the aromatic elegance of the varieties used and the softness of taste of a scrupulous vinification.

Harvest period: third decade of September, the grapes are defoliated at the time of veraison to get used to the sun
