Frascati Superiore DOCG

The Gotto d’oro winery has always produced Frascati DOC wine. With the Vinea Domini line we wanted to take a step forward, selecting the most suitable vineyards in the area, the oldest and therefore naturally less vigorous plants, thus sacrificing production to the advantage of greater aromatic complexity and gustatory structure. This sacrifice is rewarded by the glass. Frascati Superiore is the only Lazio DOCG white wine and therefore deserves to have a prominent place within the Vinea Domini line

Vinification system: in white
Malolactic fermentation: prevented through the cold
Aging: on lees kept stirred, stainless steel

Exclusive Viticultural Practices: grassing and harvesting slightly in advance of technological ripeness
Exclusive Oenological Practices: fermentation temperature 12-13 ° C. Static settling of 2 days
